The 22nd FIFA World Cup will be held in Qatar from 20 November 2022 to 18 December 2022. As a result of the voting held on 2 December 2010, Qatar was chosen as the host country. Tournament matches will be held in five different cities and eight different stadiums.

The 22nd FIFA World Cup will kick off in the city of Havr on 20 November 2022, with a match between Qatar and Ecuador. It will end with the final match to be played in the city of Lusail on December 18, 2022. This date is Qatar National Day, which is a very special day for Qataris.

LUSAIL ICONIC
Lusail Iconic stadium is the largest stadium in Qatar. The final match will be held in this stadium. AL-BAYT
Al-Bayt stand has foldable roof technology. It has a capacity of 60 thousand. The stadium, which will host a total of nine matches, is located in the city of Al Khor. In addition, the first match will be held in this stadium. It also has an important place in terms of hosting the FIFA Arab Cup.

974 STADYUM
The 974 Stadium is located in the capital Doha and has a capacity of 40 thousand. This stadium will host both group matches and 1 round of 16 matches. Portugal will host teams such as France, Brazil and Argentina. The stadium, which will be completely dismantled after the World Cup, will be rebuilt in Maldonado, Uruguay.

AL TÜMAMA
Al Thumama Stadium in the capital Doha has a capacity of 40 thousand. It will host 6 group matches, 1 round of 16 matches, and 1 quarter-final. Netherlands, Spain, and Belgium matches will be held at this stadium.

KHALİFA STADYUMU
Khalifa stadium is also located in the Capital Doha and has a capacity of 45,416 people. England, Germany, Netherlands, Croatia, and Spain will host 6 group stages, 1 round 16 match, and 3rd place match.

CITY OF EDUCATION
Located in Er-Reyyan, this stadium has a capacity of 45 thousand. Denmark, Uruguay, Poland, and Portugal will host 6 group matches, 1 round of 16 matches, and 1 quarter-final match.

AHMED BIN ALI STADIUM
Located in Private Reyyan, this stadium has a capacity of 44,740 people. The stadium, which was built in 2003 and 2015, will host 6 group matches and 1 round of 16 matches.

AL JANOUB
Located in Vekre, this stadium has a capacity of 40 thousand. 6 group matches and 1 round of 16 matches will be played at the stadium, which was opened in 2019. In addition to France's match against Australia, Uruguay will also host Serbia and Denmark.
